Listening to and involving people
The CQC statement
“We make it easy for people to share feedback and ideas, or raise complaints and concerns, about their care, treatment and support. We involve them in decisions about their care and any changes to how we deliver our services.”
This is one of the Responsive Quality Statements in the CQC Single Assessment Framework. To meet it, providers need to demonstrate relevant evidence during assessment.
