The CQC statement
“We actively seek out and listen to information about people who are most likely to experience inequality in experience or outcomes. We tailor the care, support and treatment in response to this.”
This is one of the Responsive Quality Statements in the CQC Single Assessment Framework. To meet it, providers need to demonstrate relevant evidence during assessment.
