The CQC statement
“We maximise the effectiveness of people's care and treatment by assessing and reviewing their health, care, wellbeing and communication needs with them.”
This is one of the Effective Quality Statements in the CQC Single Assessment Framework. To meet it, providers need to demonstrate relevant evidence during assessment.
