The CQC statement
“We have a proactive and positive culture of safety based on openness and honesty, in which concerns about safety are listened to, investigated and acted on.”
This is one of the Safe Quality Statements in the CQC Single Assessment Framework. To meet it, providers need to demonstrate relevant evidence during assessment.
