Rather than storing evidence across multiple folders, shared drives, and email accounts, CQCflow lets you keep everything organised in one place. When uploading evidence, you can:

• Add documents or links
• Upload photographs
• Store certificates
• Attach policies and procedures
• Save reports and meeting minutes
• Add statements of fact

Each piece of evidence can be linked to one or more Quality Statements. Once saved, the evidence automatically appears under the relevant Quality Statements, making it easy to demonstrate compliance and retrieve information when preparing for inspections. The repository ensures that evidence is:

• Organised logically
• Securely stored
• Ready whenever required
